Yes, we have successfully rescued and found forever homes for countless guinea pigs over the years. We have also helped to rehabilitate and release various types of wildlife back into their natural habitats.

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process involves filling out an application and going through an interview process with our adoption team. Once approved, potential adopters can meet and choose the guinea pig that is the best fit for their home.

What types of animals do you specialize in treating?

We specialize in treating guinea pigs, but we also have experience with other small animals such as rabbits and chinchillas.

What methods do you use to trap and remove animals?

We do not trap and remove animals as we are a rescue organization that focuses on rehabilitation and adoption. We do not offer animal control services.

What measures do you take to ensure the humane treatment of captured animals?

As previously mentioned, we do not capture animals. However, we prioritize the humane treatment of all animals in our care. We provide them with proper nutrition, medical care, and living environments that meet their individual needs.

The work that Wheek and Squeek Rescue do is incredible. I like that if you want to go on holiday you can pay for them to stay there for a bit. Prince (my piggy) loves coming for a holiday and we even rehomed another guinea pig, named Dibbles! I always make sure to use easy fundraising to support the rescue, as they run their services nearly all on donations. It's heartbreaking to hear that they get 20 calls a day to take in unwanted guinea pigs with the cost of living at the moment. You can also buy some bedding, treats etc. which is convenient! Megazorb is a brilliant bedding to use for your guinea pigs and it's quite cheap considering the size. Please support this amazing place! :D

Fantastic guinea pig boarding service. Always busy. They are also a guinea pig rescue centre, helping re-home and pair up single piggies. Lots of happy piggies here.

Such a wonderful rescue. They work tirelessly rescuing and rehabilitating so many guinea pigs who go on to have good lives, often after some pretty horrific starts in life. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Please consider adopting from rescue, it's such a rewarding thing to do. ❤️
