Please be aware you make sure you read their quotation carefully as they say total in big bold writing and then in the small print underneath they add vat and mileage. Causing increase of over £200. They charge mileage above government recommended rate by over 9p a mile. They are on site for 15mins and then skulk away without even talking about their findings. They do not make any effort to check if you received and understand the report. Not a company I would recommend. Very poor level of service. Such a shame as the initial conversation with Jenny was very helpful.
