Looking for a gift on the internet I came across Wharton goldsmiths. They had the exact item I was looking for and it was at a remarkably good price, a price I had not seen advertised elsewhere. I phoned up the shop and spoke to Monika, a very helpful, knowledgeable and polite lady. She answered all my questions about the Item. The deal was done and I received my purchase 2 days later. I would recommend anyone coming to Wharton's for the Quality, Craftmanship, and service I was provided. I purchased a Sapphire Engagement Ring with Diamond Claw and Platinum Band. I spoke to Sam with 2 weeks (if that) of time to prepare an engagement ring for my Partner (having sadly been let down by another Jewellers). I spent an entire day searching for a Jewellers and couldnt find any that matched both my price and quality with the time frame I needed. Sam managed to achieve this, as well as provide great customer service and exceeded both mine and my Fiancè's expectations. I felt accomodated and relaxed when I was in Wharton Goldsmith's and they were helpful and supportive in providing a service to myself, particularly given the timeframe I had to set out. I cannot recommend them enough.

Having lost some weight I could no longer wear an emerald ring that I got got my 40th birthday. I also fancied a bit of a remodel for the ring and pendant set so I popped in and saw Sam at Whartons. He took time getting to know my likes and dislikes, showing me different settings and making suggestions for the new design. After selecting some elements from different designs he worked up a CAD drawing and after approval made a wax model for me to look at and try. I am now the proud owner of the most beautiful ring I’ve ever owned and the pendant matches beautifully too. Great service from a friendly team and excellent craftsmanship in making the final piece. I would highly recommend and will definitely go there again if I need (or want!) anything new!!

We have had a brilliant experience with Whartons. My fiancé designed my ring with the help of Sam. I then returned to have it resized and had beading put it. This all took place on the day whilst we enjoyed a lunch in St Albans. I then returned to Whartons to discuss options for my wedding band. Sam was very helpful and was able to design and create something that fit my very unique engagement ring and also our budget. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them.

The service was exemplary, and I was guided the entire way through the process of buying an engagement ring. I was shown examples and ideas I hadn’t thought of that actually paved the way to what I purchased - and there was never too much I could ask of the team.
