    We always try to use local trades where we can and we've used Wharfe Valley Stoves since we purchased a Heta Inspire several years ago for servicing and assistance, they are always chatty and helpful. We've since moved house and still use them for servicing of the appliance which came with the house. fully recommend for the end to end stove experience.

    Paid for a flue smoke test and cctv survey, which showed there was some timber needing removal. Wharfe Valley Stoves would not, despite chasing and offering to pay more money, provide details of the location of the timber so that we could arrange removal. I have subsequently found out that they subcontract all their work and don't have any in house engineers, which may explain their reluctance. Really poor service, which is disappointing when trying to use and support local businesses.

    Wharfe Valley Stoves have been excellent from start to finish. Nicky in the Showroom is quick to clarify any questions and revised our quotation to include all the details for a fairly complicated arrangement. Steve and Ollie completed the install without any fuss, even though the house was adamant to throw any obstacle it could against them. The gas stove went in and looks fantastic. We had a little trouble on the first night with an error code but Steve was back at 8am the next day and cleared the fault within minutes. I would highly recommend Wharfe Valley Stoves, they also did a fantastic job for my neighbour who was also very happy with their service.
