I've bought fabric from Whaleys for nearly 20 years now! They're a brilliant fabric supplier, they have a HUGE range and the quality of the fabric is consistently great and delivery is always reliable. Reading a few of the other reviews i'm not sure how much you can expect returns on fabric that has been cut for you. Its basically the standard everywhere that cut fabric isn't returnable.

Sold us over £1000 of fabric on the understanding that we could return unused and uncut rolls. We used 2 out of the 3 rolls and then they decided it was “not their policy” to issue refund. Bunch of crooks. Avoid like the plague. Update: After asking us to email details of the order 7 months ago, we are yet to hear back from this company.

I live next to this company warehouse in BD7, they always burning something toxic, all neighbourhood smells really bad from them burning stuff, they are burning it without any supervising. In summertime can't even keep the windows open. DO BETTER, PAY FOR TRASH TAKEAWAY!

The range of fabric is awesome but the measurements are very tight. And the cut isn't straight and the ends are shabby and damaged, so actually you end up with less. The sales department aren’t the best.
