Was surprised and delighted to find that the TV was repaired and covered within the initial £20 as it was not a major fault. Really happy with the honesty and efficiency of the staff WH TV

Asked them to look at my 55 Inch Samsung TV because it kept turning itself off after 30 mins of watching, they said it was fine and told me not to worry. It happened again and I took it back a second time. They told me they had running for 3 hours with no fault. This prove to be a lie because the day after I got it home, it turned itself on and off repeatedly again. They can't test TVs adequately, they lie to you and they'll take your money. Avoid!!!

Brought my 55 inch Samsung led TV in because it kept turning itself off and back on again after watching for 10, 20 sometimes 30 minutes. They had it twice and said there was nothing wrong with it, each time giving it back to me only for it to happen again. They said they left it on for hours but couldn't find a fault but this clearly isn't the case; they just cannot test appliances properly. Avoid!

Called up to see if they can fix one of my LED circuit board because I do not have the right LEDs. The guy on the phone said he can do it. Just bring it. Drove 15mins to get there to find out he can't do it. What a waste of time/journey.

Good professional customer service, especially when I telephoned in advance and attended with my broken DVD player. The staff were conscientious and professional, managed my expectations. They even agreed to holdy dvd player as I couldn't attend until a couple of days after it was repaired. My only mild grip was the individual when I collected the DVD player. He seemed a bit stand offish and unfriendly /unhelpful when I asked him what the problem /Diagnosis with the DVD player was. It was likely a colleague who worked on it so he didn't know but his manners, while not terrible, could have been better. Lacked customer service skills. Recommended store for electronic repairs. I can see why they've been in business for so many years.

I came in for a repair and ending buying so much stuff I needed like HDMI cable and extension lead… any cable you can imagine this store has! 10/10 excellent experience I wish the staff here lots of positive vibes 💕💕💕💕
