Unreliable. Failed to show up without any contact from him. He knows a woman in her 80s waited in all day for him and he doesn’t even have the decency to respond to calls, texts or emails. He also removes negative reviews from his Facebook account. Re response from business. Sorry to hear in hospital because it must be serious as must now have have been in hospital well over a week. Glad to see you’re now well enough to reply to a review everyone can see and last week well enough to remove my comment on Facebook but not well enough to reply to the texts or emails we sent. Wes cleans the windows each month on the same day and at the same time. The service is efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. Wes actually lowered his prices recently to pass on some of the savings he had secured by changing his equipment/systems. Wes went above and beyond recently when he spotted a potential security issue at the house, considered the possibility that we may have been away and secured the position, sending me a message to let me know. Claimed he cleaned our windows, we couldn’t see any difference (end of tenancy). Bird stains still there from before we left, dirty water stains clearly visible. Stay away.
