I called the shop yesterday as I was after 2x new Penn reels and 2X new Penn rods and i was struggling with Ebay! The young gent I spoke to was really helpful, talked me through the items in question, and the deal was done. I later arrived in the shop after a fair drive from where I live, everything was bagged up and ready to collect. I was greeted with a very friendly smile and a good morning from him, and this was not just because I had bought the goods as he had no idea who I was. Brilliant service and well worth the 3 hour round trip, as I had called a few others in the Devon and Dorset area and unfortunately had no such service. Now to take my new setup out and no doubt still blank..... Many thanks Ben
