I am a regular in Kennington Wex Rental. First and foremost everyone, in all the specialist sections is friendly and kind. Always taking time out of their busy working days to have a brief chat and make sure all is well. Leti, Suzy, Elsie, Hannah, Stephen, ( everyone ..) on the rental team are brilliant with my shambolic, last minute requests. Malcolm has even hand delivered some kit to my home when a courier firm let them down. Nathan and Mike, despite being busy in their open door policy office, will advise, offer cups of tea and praise or sympathy over work or family dramas. Adrian and Greg never fail to say hi, and logged my car into the parking system so I didn't get tickets. They are an exemplary team with invaluable knowledge and experience. I'm ever thankful for them and for the branch being a mere 15 minute cycle ride away.
