Had a fault with my camera when it was under warranty. An SD card had got stuck when I was trying to remove it and after removal, the mechanisim wasn't working properly. Visited Wex Manchester with a heavy heart thinking that I would be camera less for a few weeks whilst it was sent off for repair. I was greeted very pleasantly by Jack as I entered and he asked the reason for the visit. Once I explained the issue to him he said just hang on and he disappeared into the back on the shop. On his return, he'd fixed the problem and I went home a happy person with my camera. Thanks Jack!
