Incredibly rude, abrupt reception staff. Don’t call back in the time frame they promise that they will, extremely defensive when one has to go through the rigmarole of getting back through to them because they failed to call you back. Very very unprofessional. Not sure people in need of help should be shouted at. Perhaps these people would be better off in a position that wasn’t related to human interaction and compassion.

The worst doctors we have ever been registered at. Constantly turned away or had appointments cancelled and told that a Dr has called in sick or had to work from home. Already run out of in person appointments at 8.06am even for my 1 year old forcing us to go to a&e for something that could have been dealt with by a gp. Turning my husband away and telling him to go to a walk in centre for something that was always dealt with quickly and efficiently by our old gp, mostly without even a telephone appointment needed and prescription issued. We moved to the area in the middle of July and have given the surgery more than enough chance to improve. We will moving GPS ASAP. Do not register here, you are wasting your time.

Extremely disrespectful receptionists and being the first caller in morning they cannot offer a doctors telephone call for the day or te next day. Almost as if doing a favour to te patient to a give an appointment.

My elderly mother has moved to this surgery because its nearer, I wish she hadn't. Confusion and mix ups on a regular basis. Half the time they don't seem to know what their doing. The 2 stars are for admin

Just awful. Instead of asking you to come in for a medication review, they just stop your medication - and the first thing you know about it is when you go to collect it from the chemist. This has happened numerous times - with medication I must take every day. 3 months on from my last review and we're in the middle of a pandemic, and my daily mental health medication has been nicely removed from my repeat prescription list. This surgery is an absolute joke.
