Awful, rude and dismissive customer service. Terrible passport photo taken by them - rejected immediately by the passport office. Shop refused to take another picture or refund my money when I returned within the week. Picture not clear or taken at the correct angle and ridiculously over priced!

Used for passport photos for myself, daughter and mum. None of the photos met the rules and were rejected by the online passport application process. Two were "your photo is blurred" and another was "it looks like you're not facing the camera". Clearly the "Quality" in the name doesn't apply to their photo service. The on-line photo codes also didn't work - they should last for 30 days but they had been deleted after just 14 days (they did, at least, provide an email jpeg which I could use). The guy tried to blame it on the government and would have argued with his customer all day long if I had let him. So, all round, a total waste of our time and money and a case study for poor customer service. Can't comment on the dry cleaning, but I won't be taking the risk!

Appalling passport photo service! I had a passport photo taken there 4 months ago which I wanted to use now to apply for a new passport. The gov.uk website said the photo was too blurry. I went back to the shop to get a photo re-taken and he refused to do it for free! He said I'd have to pay for it again. He argued his point that it was taken 4 months ago but the website clearly didn't state that the photo was too old. I told him his service is appalling and he replied that he can't guarantee the picture quality! Who can then if not the photographer??? I've used this shops service for a couple of years but I won't go back anymore!
