I’ve been seeing Rachel for a few years now and would highly recommend getting in touch if you’re having issues. I came to see Rachel with a dodgy lower back, most notably at the start of January last year where I had a pretty bad herniation of my L5-S1. I lost feeling and use of my right leg and was in a bit of bother. Rachel helped me gradually build up my strength and slowly get back up to speed without having to have any surgery or invasive procedures. I’m a PT by trade and I’m now back doing 30 plus PT sessions per week, training regular, playing with my two little ones and doing my hobby of oil painting. Rachel is highly knowledgeable and her friendly approach puts you at ease. I would definitely recommend her and the team.
