It's been a long time since I have experienced, genuine and high quality Customer Service. I contacted Wetherby Building Systems (WBS) in relation to a small patch job that a previous render company had left exposed. It is important to note that I had ZERO knowledge about rendering before walking into WBS. Upon arrival, I met with Beth whose knowledge around base coats, primers and renders is second to none. Beth kindly advised which products I required in order to complete the job. She further explained on how to mix and apply, the products and what timings and order to adhere to. When it came to paying, Beth felt bad because the products I needed did not come in small sizes. My job literally required a cup full of each product. I was happy to pay for the full sized items however, that did not seem fair to Beth. She contacted one of the warehouse associates and asked if they could give me a sample of each of the products I needed for FREE! I was blown away and taken aback to experience Customer service that I last felt more than a decade ago. Wetherby Building Systems should be proud of their staff and company values. They help and care for their Customers in an honest and genuine manner. I highly recommend the company and I further commend Beth for exemplifying these values. For what it is worth, Beth would make a great ambassador for the company and their product line. Thank you for a great, pleasant and warm Customer experience. ***** Five Stars ***** Jay
