Bethan Hurst a Fleet and Sales Executive at the WESTWOOD GROUP was particularly helpful in arranging a flexible rental of a new Ford Custom Trail for our business. The process was quick, painless and straight forward. Even though we've only committed to a three month term, it wasn't a problem to have our branding applied to the van. Delivery was earlier than promised. All in all I'm very happy with the service so far.

Wanted to book a vehicle through our company spoke to them sent documentation on a Friday at then didn't get a reply chased up on the Monday was told there were no vehicles available after we had booked sub contractors and materials probably cost us in the region of £700 got "I'm sorry" on the phone when we called very unprofessional and left us badly out of pocket Mickey Mouse firm !!!!!
