4th year of using this supplier, previous 3 years were fine. This year I chose a tree, agreed the delivery for 4th Dec. Called in the day to ask an idea of time, to be told I haven’t got a tree, there’s no delivery for me, and then asked me if we deliver to my location. I had to go and visit them again, and a young guy confirmed they do have my tree, and yes, it’ll be delivered on 4th. Their admin process is pretty poor. Then, on delivery that evening, the driver tells me that my location is 30 minutes out of his way, and that he will not want to deliver to me again. Funnily enough, I’ll not want to give them my cash again. There’s plenty of other suppliers. They don’t seem to appreciate that

On arrival there were few Christmas trees on display and we were told we were not able to walk up to the field to choose a tree. We were grumpily informed there were some trees lying on the ground we would be able to choose from. Summary: Nice trees, unhelpful people and a mediocre experience overall. Will buy elsewhere next year.

Was a great place... it has been over run by Karen and her SUV driving husband. It was a place for regular families now it is not. But hey if you want be where the insta crowd buy their Christmas trees go ahead.

What a bad service. Or actually no service at all. Was told to go and choose the tree. Which would be fine but it was difficult to go there as it was mud all over the place. And then you need to go back to him and go back again to show which one you like? How does it work?

It was absolutely rammed! No way to get in or out and no one to manage it. A very stressful experience. Trees were nice and price is OK but not worth the stress.

If Santa bought trees this is where he'd come! Great little farm...situated amongst overgrown and very dilapidated barns. Maybe it was the pink evening sky that made it look more impressive amd added to tje charm but It felt Chrimassy there for sure. I imagine if busy - not so pleasant as there wasn't a lot of parking but we went mid week and it was very quiet so plenty. Lots of trees available to chooses from on the day but you do have to get in early and reserve one as so many we're already tagged up (reserved). -Last thing- Take CASH!....no card machine which took us by surprise, but I ended up doing a bank transfer on the spot...

We reserved a tree and upon going to collect it were informed it wasn't there. No serious attempt was made to find it and staff were unapologetic. Received a phone call many hours later saying they'd now found it and when I complained at this treatment still received no apology. The service is poor and id recommend using one of their many competitors.
