Well my first personal experience was good, the flat is clean, tidy , everything works ,,,, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in the w9 Westminster local office . Can’t ask for more . I mean it’s a houssing association I think some tenants expect a 5 stars hotel 🤡🤡🤡.
