Update - I've now had a response. Scam - avoid at all costs. Purchased an item from these guys on Reverb, item didn't work - I have sent numerous polite and patient messages and requested a refunded, none of which they've even bothered to reply to. Meanwhile, they continue to sell items on the site. Hard to imagine a worse customer experience, take your money to a retailer you can trust - there are plenty of them out there.
