My family and I went to Westquay on the ice in December 2022 to have quality family time. The ice rink was unreal and despite being very busy the staff were really organized and we didn't have to wait too long. overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

The Christmas treat for the family, 11 tickets£ 119from the kiosk,5 children under the age of 7 we were all made to wait 45 minutes after getting booted up to be told that session was cancelled. refuse to give refund at counter have applied to blue martini Adam banner who also writes great reviews on this website which are not true very disappointed with the whole outfit ,would not advise anyone to use this. Adam banner has recently offered a refund has not actually giving it.

Absolutely 0 customer service or whatsoever!! AVOID After we made a booking for 10 people for our family that came from abroad, but it was extremely rainy and windy . I didn’t get any phone call/messege / email or anything regarding the cancellation how to re-book or anything. Had to go there the following day and spoke to a member of staff and they said that due to weather conditions it was closed anyway for the following days, and asked for refund but they said it not possible and we can re-schedule.

Although the staff were friendly, it does not look as good as before, no lights, no wooden structure to make it look nice. The ice rink is like a slush bucket and the staff don't even clear the water between sessions, despite their being tools to do so near the, near the skate hire.. It has the potential to be really good. The rink needs cleaning ( the puddles) between sessions, not just for staff to show off their skills. I enjoyed my skate, the atmosphere was good, but the puddle in the left corner of the rink was crazy.
