Not great! I complained about some stock so they closed my traders account. We had just found a new space for our business so I had gone to place an order and had realised that our trader account had been removed and set to public. I emailed to ask why and if that is the case why I couldn't have been informed and have been ignored. Such a shame as they have had some good reviews but customer service is lacking. I wasn't aware that with any company that you are singled out for placing a complaint but not everyone works the same I suppose. Such a shame.
