Great service - I made a large order and unfortunately a a third of the pots arrived broken, I got in touch as soon as I unpacked them all and James responded straight away and sent out for replacements for me. They arrived the next day all in tact!! Definitely ordering again from here for my bulk pots orders

I ordered 80 small 9cm german long tom pots for my auriculas from Westin mill. I was nervous to have them shipped to the USA given how fragile flower pots are. They were packed amazing well and all of them survived the trip from England! Customer service was prompt and they were very helpful with shipping quotes. Top notch company. Thanks!!

Ordered 20 pots with saucers during the COVID-19 pandemic, within a couple of weeks they had arrived. All were well packaged in plenty of paper and bubble wrap, but unfortunately a couple of pots had cracked during transit. Sent an email to request a couple of replacements and had those within a few days. Thank you very much for your prompt service during these uncertain times it was very much appreciated.

Very bad delivery service. Items never arrived, courier where saying that they couldn't find the address (how very convenient for them) The worst is that I called the pottery and this man answered the call, he was rude and dishonest, he promised he will find a solution and that he will return the call, that never happened. I called again the next day and I say to him that they were not managing well in the run of the business and he hung up on me. Don't buy anything from them
