Had to rearrange our stay after arriving to our room 3 weeks ago & the hot tub wasnt working, they rearranged it for a Saturday & were more than accommodating when we arrived for the second time. We had a complimentary bottle of prosecco, rose petals & swan towels. The room is absolutely flawless, it is to such a high standard & the bathroom is stunning. We spent the night in the hot tub which was perfect and looked lovely with all the lights on. We cannot fault this place at all, its exactly what we were looking for and it far exceeded our expectations. Its got a very homely feel & staff cannot be more polite and helpful. Will be returning 100%. Thank you so much xxxx

28 July 2018 Really dissapointed. We stayed in Cabin 9. Caught 1 fish in 3day with 4 lines out. Reception tells you that the pond is fishing it's head off on the phone but when you arrive says it's a really hard water and you will be lucky to catch . The cabin was dirty it hadn't been swept out and the shower was moldy. The bathroom sink didn't work and there were numerous leaks in the roof that soaked the couch. When asking reception for assistance she just said "I'll get someone else on it just shove the blue bowl under it.I can't do anything". Too many cabins too close together -lines kept crossing.

I'd give 0 stars if the app would let me the place is atrocious rubbish everywhere place stinks cabins are not clean and hanging to bits and nothing works properly in the cabin and as for the fishing u may aswell not fish lakes never bin looked after fallen down trees in the lake snags every wear old line everywhere I asked at reception to use the boat to clear a few snags so I can atcherly fish and been told no can't use it ridiculous if I was you I'd save your money and go somewhere else also nails hanging out of the cabin walls cabin door doesn't lock

Staying here as I’m typing this message, currently awake due to power being switched off have 2 small children here cabin phone not working to call the out of hours as no direct number has been given cabin is quiet shabby for it’s 1 night price tag no coal fire working either ceramic tiles on the floor broken and I have a 2 year old who thinks it looks like a puzzle so keeping her away from it is hardly a relaxing retreat, I really didn’t want to leave a review as I don’t usually attend the partners over nighters unless I don’t have the children but seems it’s half term we decided to give it ago. Let’s just say it won’t be happening at Weston lawns agains.
