A very professional and polite Asian doctor. She listened to me, showing real interest in solving my health problem. I had a lot of questions, and she answered to all of them like a teacher. Also She made me calm and was very supportive. She even called me later to confirm the plan of treatment, which She sorted after my appointment with other specialists. Wow. I can not imagine more professional ways of dealing with my issues. I believe that NHS is proud of Her. Thank you once again.

If I could give this practice zero I would. Cardiac review, nurse was rude, why do these medical staff think they can treat us all like idiots!!!! Also you should be happy and friendly and make your cardiac patient feel comfortable, Not Uncomfortable thats not good at making your patients feel stress free!!!!! Came away not sure about the results, wasn't explained and wasn't asked if we had any questions. Not once did you look at us, you were transfixed by your computer! We're getting increasingly bored with the lack of feeling and lack of not being listened to. It's not just us it's every person I speak to regarding the NHS. Pay ummmmmm !!!!!!!!!!

I had a cardiac and diabetic review. The nurse thought it was cardiac review only. She was rude and I find it very annoying when someone asks a question and does not look at you. I have made remarkable progress since my cardiac arrest eight years ago. All my readings are good! It would be nice to be acknowledged for that progress and not be questioned by a nurse who cannot even look at you when asking a question. When they call you for your appointment it would also be nice if they smiled and said hello and introduced themselves. People skills including compassion are sadly lacking. More pay ????

Absolutely useless, left the military after 24 years service, registered with this surgery to get a prescription of a lifetime medicine I’ve been using since 2013, they can’t get my records, said they’d send a form for me to fill out, 1 month later and still nothing. E consult is a waste of time, it’s 2023 why is it so difficult to even speak to a Dr let alone see one?! Why they can’t do a blood test to get a base line is beyond me?? I’ve now had to resort to buying my medicine online from a foreign website as this surgery blatantly does not care about its patients, let’s just hope that my dose is still correct!! Abysmal patient service, I’m sure they will be along with some bull about how “they’re really sorry” etc just like the other awful reviews, can’t be that sorry or they’d rectify their deficiencies! Remind me again what my £400 a month in National insurance is paying for because it sure as hell isn’t a fit for purpose Health service, and doctors have the cheek to strike for extra pay 🤬

Suffered with mental health since I was 16, I'm 24 now.. I've been unable to do anything with my life, more than likely have a form of ptsd from everything I've been through, depressed and anxious too. If someone would just listen to me or get me therapy, I could get better and get to live a good life like everyone else before it is too late, I need help, and by now who knows what I could have achieved if they have given it to me years ago.. instead they tell me others are worse and tell me to write my thoughts and feelings onto a piece of paper and leave me to get worse and unable to do anything, wish someone would listen or help it would change my life
