Absolutely awful GP surgery. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. There is always AT LEAST a 20 minute wait to speak to someone. And if you think going into the surgery in person to make an appointment will be any easier, don't even bother because the receptionists will POINT BLANK REFUSE to do it, instead making you fill in a long and incredibly tedious online form, only to get a half arsed text from a nurse (or doctor if you're lucky) a couple of days later, that you cannot reply to. So good luck actually having a conversation with a doctor. Also, my baby daughter has ended up in hospital due to their negligence and complete lack of care for the wellbeing of babies. Avoid like the plague.

It's a doctors surgery, rows of chairs and a reception. I used the loo and there was wee all over the floor-yuk. On the plus side I think the receptionists are more pleasant these days but getting an appointment is a joke. Be prepared to tell the receptionist details of your illness so she can assess if you're ill enough to see the doctor!

Good doctors and helpful staff just telephone lines seem to be a nightmare to see and book appointments with doctors but using new eConsult on the website is quick and easy, i say quick took 15 mins to give all details but its thorough and they got hold of me within a day.
