I arrived at Weston as I had moved house. Contrary to another post here I found EVERYONE extremely friendly, supportive and embracing at the centre. I can’t wait to join another lesson soon.

Good facilities and staff were good with my daughter, sadly this did not outweigh the fact that Tamsin who I assume is the owner is a rude and obnoxious individual, who despite being a very good teacher in the arena, outside of it, she has no people power whatsoever and is always too busy to talk, too busy to take bookings, doesn’t reply to voicemails and then blames us when we turn up at the time and date SHE wrote down to find it was wrong. Blamed us when we left a message and she didn’t get it because they have an answerphone system THEY don’t understand. And then made it all out that I am the one causing issues. So if you want a good riding school and are prepared to be treated like something they trod in, then this is the place. My daughter enjoyed her time there on the whole, especially with Rachel who was fantastic, but as the parent paying Circa £3500 a year for lessons I expect a little bit of common decency, sadly Tamsin does not have the ability to listen. However hard I tried to communicate with her she talks and talks and talks but doesn’t listen at all.
