Seven days for delivery to Canada!!! (about 5,600 km) We are really impressed. On-line shopping as it should be done, the order process was smooth and seamless and I was able to use Paypal for payment. Of course it goes without saying, quality merchandise. Travelled all the way from Teesside to Harrogate to purchase a rug after speaking to the company on the phone The owner promised to get back to me once he had spoken to the warehouse regarding stock. I have reminded him twice and still they haven't contacted me. I've wasted several months now waiting for a reply and will now look elsewhere Great shop if you want to buy straight away but if they don't have the stock then look elsewhere. Shame because the lady in the shop was really helpful that's why we waited a couple of months

I have been a repeat customer for some 5 or 6 years which should speak for itself. I originally bought a product at a County Show, but when Covid prevented the Show being held, I contacted Westmorland by 'phone. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or knowledgeable about what I was after. My order was posted that day. I realise from the media that Royal Mail are providing a poor service during these difficult times, but that is outside the control of Westmorland. Notwithstanding, my order arrived promptly. I hope to keep buying from this lovely family run company for years to come. Thank You Westmorland.

Liam was incredibly helpful and kind. Explaining all kind of sheepskin giving me my son a great time. The shop is on the heritage side of the city near the Pump rooms and Betty's tea room. I truly reccomed is a very luxurious in relation to every material made on a variety of crafts from ear muffs to cow hide. Fabulous taste and exquisite oppositions.

I am a small business owner myself, and re-visited Westmorland Sheepskins stall earlier today, at Chatsworth Christmas Markets, as was a) keen to support a fellow small business b) had (on Saturday, when I was with my family) seen the exact slippers I wanted. I asked for a business card, lightheartedly explaining that, although my family weren't with me on this occasion, I wanted to let them know that these were the slippers any of them could buy me for Christmas..I left pretty quickly, as the person who was fronting the stall began to subject me to a barrage of ..these will be more expensive on the website..we haven't got a shop in Leeds (I had mentioned my son lives there..)..if you don't buy them here you'll have to pay "Harrogate prices"..then..there is rent, business rates, overheads..blah blah..yes, I'm aware of all this, I have all those issues myself..didn't appreciate being lectured, and beat a hasty retreat from the entire market, despite having treated myself to a day off especially, driven 17 miles, and paid the parking fee.. Every single other stall that Any of us approached on Saturday at Chatsworth, and myself today, even those who we had no intention of buying from, at worst gave us the time of day and enjoyed banter and light conversation. Here I was actively attempting to buy something. We've ALL found Covid difficult. Some of us have had to stay open the entire time, and make losses in doing so. Customers are Everything, particularly those who want to support you.
