Simple, crack heads outside my door "cooking up" and they couldn't care less. Oh, and the old man shouting 24/7, needles in the communal way and yep, I have three kids. Complained multiple times and seem zero activity - did I mention the idoit dangling outside my window trying to hang himself by his feet. Its cheap but at a great price

Initially a great idea of Assisted Living for the disabled and special needs. Unfortunately the assistance has now been withdrawn and only given during a call basis, including the withdrawal of the panic alarm facility. Only recommended for those who don't have large needs or those looking for assisted independent living.
