    Appointment started early and registrar was patient and professional. However , the young man on reception is so unhappy and annoyed every time he has to open the toilet for anyone who happens to close the door . ( It must stay open ) maybe a big sign inside and out would help? Maybe allowing adults to use the key? Maybe a number lock pad? It's not his fault but it's making him rude through impatience.
