Why oh why does no one pick up the phone. I’ve tried various times of day and hang on for ages. All you get is a recorded message saying we are experiencing a high volume of calls. Get your act together Westminster Lodge.

Turning the AC on full power DOES make the room cooler faster, many aircons have a “poweful cool” feature which does exactly this, full power for 15 minutes for rapid room cooling. Dont put out misinformation

I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered such rude and dismissive staff. I attend here regularly for a class as a non-member and everything seems to be a problem for them. The hall we use is always boiling hot and the toilets are dirty. Hopefully the current uncertainty over parking will be resolved but for now I have to pay on top of paying for my class. Don’t even think of leaving a bike locked here because it won’t be there when you come out - and if you ignore this advice and your bike is stolen don’t even bother asking about cctv.

Parking cost is a mess. It’s free for 2 hours if you use the machines but if you use the app you have to pay. Of course they don’t tell you this until the entrance by which time it’s too late if you’ve already paid.

Great facilities but god help you if you actually want to speak to someone to rearrange a booking! You can't change your booking on the Everyone Active app, and your options are to either 1) phone the front desk and ask them to do it, or 2) send a enquiry via email. Sending an enquiry feels like shouting into air and hoping for a result - you don't know if it will get looked at in time for them to change your booking even if you send it a day before. When you phone, you're often on hold for 15 - 20 mins, and I've had situations where someone has clearly picked up the phone and then hung up to stop it ringing, which is appalling customer service. Obviously the front desk staff are over worked, so couldn't Everyone Active just update the app to allow customers to amend their bookings? Surely this would make everyone's lives easier!
