Fitted a new boiler and happy with the work but trying to follow up has been horrific. Come back and have done a service but have completely ignored the slow leak on the pipework they have done. Been told they are separating the business which doesn't suprise me given there terrible customer.er service. Would NEVER recommend. Given them multiple calls and emails with photos and still just ignore us. Unprofessional company office and engineers.

Many thanks to Glenn, who helped us 3 March 08 when our boiler condense pipe froze. We were actually enquiring whether our care plan covered a 24/7 call out service but he took two calls from us on a freezing Saturday evening, talked us through the process, reassured us and helped us to unfreeze the pipe and resolve the problem. He didn't need to help us but he did. Brilliant service.

I paid £90 to Westminster Heating to take the front off the boiler, dust the pipes and check the pressure i.e. to do nothing. I have since looked at what a service should have entailed. It is comprehensive. I will not use them again
