    Incompetent , rude and you can't speak to anyone. The council Tax department is a joke, as I can not get hold of anyone for a query via the telephone, it's all automated. The Housing repairs system is beyond a joke, they use Morgan Syndal who have taken months do sort out a basic repair and managed to do more damage, I'm still waiting for it to get sorted since Oct 2022. Not only that they use apprentices instead of qualified workmen, that are not only incapable of fixing a cardboard box, they're also rude and arrogant. No basic manners, social or people skills. What happened? This council use to be so good and now it is a total shambles.

    My Local MP has written several times to Westminster City Council about its parking misinformation – however its been six months now and the said Local Authority have still not responded to the Member of Parliament about the foregoing. Nonetheless, for the last seven years, the council have chosen to prescribe the wrong parking costs to Electric/Hybrid vehicles, whilst keeping the applicable parking prices unclassified and undisclosed from the general public. For example the parking sign at St. James Square in central London for the location 7485 states: “£5.69 per hour or Diesel £8.53 per hour.” However, the actual Electric/Hybrid parking cost at this location remains unclassified and undisclosed at (£0.94p per the maximum stay). FYI, the council have wrongly omitted the word ‘Petrol’ from the displayed costs, which in turn misinforms non-applicable vehicles about the parking prices. Please be advised, WCC apply stickers on its parking signs with its updated parking costs, along with revisions on its website and RingGo parking app. Hence theres no reason to exclude the Electric/Hybrid parking costs from these published updates. When checking my RingGo billing history, I calculated the parking overcharges by working out the cost for 10-minutes at each location versus the cost my Electric/Hybrid vehicle was billed for each parking session. The parking misinformation was first reported by another citizen half-a-decade ago, but the issue was left unaddressed by the council – LGO decision #15017777 on 21-April-2016 [expired from database]. In 2022, I raised a stage-two complaint directly to the CEO of Westminster City Council, however they refused to rectify the parking misinformation. I then escalated the case to the LGO [#22002555 – 13 June 2022], however they refused to investigate the matter in light of 30-pages of date-stamped evidence. It would therefore appear my findings were disregarded by the oversight. Please note, the LGO misquoted my statements of complaint in the decision notice and they also redacted my requested remedy of justice a "Review of Policy" for the council to rectify its parking misinformation. For the avoidance of doubt, the parking bays/zones were subject to civil parking enforcement, which means any parking cost actively-in-operation for the said class-of-vehicle would be deemed a formal parking cost applicable in civil proceedings; therefore the Electric/Hybrid parking prices must be classified and disclosed to the general public. The Transport Committee states: “DCLG Ministers encourage all Local Authorities to be transparent and publish parking costs.” – Seventh Report Local Authority Parking Enforcement’ – published by House of Commons 14 October 2013. In view of such points, any Electric/Hybrid vehicles overbilled for parking deserve to be refunded, since they have been prescribed the wrong parking costs. The RingGo Senior Team Leader confirmed via email on 03 March 2022, that Westminster City Council remain the parking operator and only the council have the authority to issue refunds.

    I've never been treated so rudely before. I can't believe these people actually get paid for being so incompetent. They should be ashamed. While lots of people are struggling with the costs of living, and dealing with issues Westminster Council doesn't solve, the agents of this council earn a salary for doing nothing. And they have the nerve of treating you disrespectfully and in the worst way possible.

    Absolutely inoperative and extremely rude. I've been reporting a noise issue which happens every one hour during the whole day and night for the last three months. This has affected my health and my work, and they don't have the decency to show some empathy. Quite the opposite. I've been mistreated, ignored and got yelled by one of them called Norman. Since the problem comes from a vulnerable tenant I've been redirected to the scheme manager who stopped replying to me. This lack of respect and response, the feeling of abandonment really want you not to live anymore. They basically have your life in their hands. I hope there's a consequence for the people who work in this council and leave room for people who do want to work and help people. I'm strongly disappointed and tired.
