Hands down this was the best, most stress free experience I have had with getting work done in or on the house. John found me a fantastic deal on a premium quality carpet. Compared to the other quotes and measuring up face to face from other companies John was superior in every way. The fitting day was efficient and professionally carried out and the stairs, landing and three bedrooms were completed in under half a day. I could not be happier with the process which from the initial visit to the showroom and the carpet being completed was less than three weeks. The result is tremendous and I am very happy to recommend John and his team at Westminster Carpets.

I'm not sure what has gone wrong but I have to say I'm hugely disappointed by the quoting process of this company. I was quoted over £3,300 for a very small area. When the quote came through, there was no breakdown of the costs of the labour vs the materials and actual carpet. I was told I'd be sent options for the varieties I'd picked out, and the quote included the living room which hadn't even been measured. I hate to be cynical but part of me thinks this has happened because I'm a woman and they thought I wouldn't take any notice. Will not be proceeding.

I have just had a number of carpets fitted by Westminster carpets. Prior to ordering I shopped around and their quote was the most competitive. The staff in the show room were extremely helpful and the men who came to fit the carpets could not have been more accommodating. They moved all of my furniture and dismantled the heavy beds and then put everything back in it’s original place. Nothing was a problem at any point from ordering to fitting. The finish was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company.
