*ATTENTION* For everyone that’s having problems with this service, I strongly advise that you contact the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and report it with them. I have already filed a report with them and they advised that they’ll look into my concerns but in order to run a full blown investigation then they need more people to come forward, I have already gotten 3 more people to file a report. If everyone could contact the CQC then we can have this place investigated thoroughly. Don’t hesitate to bring forward a law suit against them too as they have messed up with our case for a long time which is particularly concerning, given that their services must help vulnerable children with protected characteristics.

The emergency phone line and email are not responded to for weeks, phone is hungup on you multiple time then some staff are rude and talk down to you regarding any insight or opinion, and they down take your concerns into consideration and speak over you during conversations - Hope they respond to my 9th email in two weeks - fingers crossed

Been gaslighted and accused on many occasions. Was supposed to have an hour of therapy a week, and my therapist has not contacted me for therapy in 5 weeks. I honestly think the doctors are unqualified, even the senior doctor. Disappointed.

Rude and unprofessional staff that don’t know what they ate doing. Have been mistreated by them and brushed to one side on many occasions. Awful atmosphere all they do is patronise and intimidate their patients. I also think they are all unqualified. I’m campaigning to have their funding cut and to build a whole new department for young kids with mental health. They have failed any people and they are beyond repair
