We were let down massively by direct oil on a delivery..(never use them!) I rang western oil and placed an order on the 22nd December outlining how we were not going to have heating for Christmas.. they were amazing and squeezed us in the very next day!! First class customer service.. I will not be going anywhere else for my oil moving forward.

After being given two delivery dates by my original supplier who failed to meet both, I turned to Western Fuel for help, with the view of collecting some supply myself to tied me over. However, although this would have been possible the staff came up with a much better solution. They returned calls and seemed very keen to prevent me running out of oil. Their customer service was excellent.

Suggest you all save yourselves time and hassle and go straight to the 'can do' firm. A positive experience from the moment the phone is answered to your tank being filled. Have used a few times now and have never been disappointed. The icing on the cake is that they manage to provide a superior service but keep prices extremely competitive.
