Fantastic care, I was seen to extremely quickly and reassured that my eyes would be alright after an accident involving an electrical explosion. I was given all the important information and medication for aftercare. Couldn't recommended more for any eye related emergencies.

I respect the doctors here but I am really speechless about the Appointment Center in this hospital… Every single time, they make my appointment a few weeks/ months later than the doctor’s request… And I can only receive the appointment confirmation 1-2 weeks before the appointment day. For last 2 times they sent me a message saying your appointment next day is cancelled… Come on, not all people can come whatever you ask them to, if anything’s wrong, I should at least receive the cancellation message earlier…For the most recent one, the doctor needs to see me in Feb but they just make it in Apr but I only got the prescription till Feb…It seems that this department never works with doctors here and they just make the appointment whatever they want not based on doctors… Tried to understand everyone as I know this is a hard time but really cannot tolerant the chaos every time. Sorry to say this but 1 star here is even high.

Prepare to wait at least 6 hours, to be treated without any respect and also to get the wrong diagnosis.
