Replaced the head unit, dab antenna, all speakers and added a compact subwoofer while keeping all manufacture controls and settings to my little Alfa. After having a major issue with my factory fitted radio, I got recommended to speak with Western Car Radio! The model of my Renault Captur made some challenges for Western Car Radio which they handled well. They got all of the required parts and fitted the radio. Changed a rear view camera without any quibble as unhappy with viewing area on first (due to boot lid shape) Helped with some window switching which was outside their remit but happy to assist. I don’t normally do reviews, but.... Western Car Radio performed a miracle with my Audi RS4 B5 model from 2001. The speakers were aged and badly decayed making the sound system painful to listen to. New replacement speakers are unobtainable. So Simon and his team upgraded all the old speakers, replaced the sub-woofer and even found a way to fit in Bluetooth connectivity with the original 22 year old Bose audio system still in place. This has completely transformed the listening experience to incredible, with deep bass and crystal clear treble. After picking up my car from Western Car Radio, as I sat in the obligatory traffic jam on the way home, the music was so amazing I had tears of joy in my eyes. There is a strong possibility that I may be found sitting in my car in the garage in the future just listening to music. The whole process from initial phone call to discuss requirements, further communication during the works and final demonstration once the installation was completed was first class. Thank you Simon, I am a very happy customer and would recommend a sound system upgrade by Western Car Radio to anyone without hesitation.
