I have people. I knew Paul from Ocean. As usual Paul is outstanding in his customer services. However, I have dealt with Chris at service department. Chris can not do enough for you and his service is out of this world. I can not recommend Chris enough. I am sure the south west customers had enough of Ocean and I am hoping all the BMW bike customer's will start using Westerly soon. My 1200GS was on a recall for the drive shaft hole by BMW. The guys has done an outstanding work and my bike felt much better when I picked up. Not sure what they done to the bike extra at no cost to me BUT the bike felt really different and much smoother. :). THANK YOU Westerly BMW Bikes.
