    Went to collect Sar Nav update memory stick and the man who dealt with us from the parts department helped us as much as he could but for £107 and a supposedly prestigious organisation I feel there should have been a superior he could have been able to go to for help I had to "play it by ear" to find out if it had updated. Hopefully, it has.

    We have used dorchester for many years for are minis even though we have to drive 30 miles and are local BMW dealer is 5 miles away.We have always had great service from them until now.We have just had MOT and service booked with the call centre but the bill came to a lot more than quoted at time of booking.They matched the price so be carful to check your invoice. We would of over looked this but when getting home noticed the engine cover can been left loss and rubber trim around the engine bay was not put back correctly and hanging in the engine bay. This made me look closer to find the coolant fluid was low so had not been checked and looking at the paper work spark plug had been charged for but not fitted . Let's hope this is a one off but will use are local dealer next time.

    Bad experience with this company! I have never experienced this before. Bought a car from them had a problem sent it back and they sent it back to me with damage and did not do a good repair. They then deny it after the sale don't want to know you. If I was you I would buy from Leicester mini. Hope I've saved someone from buying from this company
