I was referred to Carol with bad back pain that was causing such discomfort in my back and leg that I was struggling to get more than a few hours sleep. Over a number of sessions Carol was excellent. She took time to understand and explain to me the underlying cause of my pain. From there she provided both treatment and manipulation to ease the pain which, together with a series of exercises, cleared up my condition and I’ll continue the exercises to build my core strength.
