Well designed house, but they ignore reporting of almost all snags. We have electrical issues reported on move in day that remain unresolved 6 months later, only visit to fix a snag left something more damaged than it was in the first place. No updates, no timeline to resolve anything, completely disregarded all SLAs they set out. Post move in visits as part of the handover process not completed. Overall terrible aftercare.

Be prepared if your going to buy off-plan, there will most likely be delays. We was disappointed with the delays of the build /moving in date. This meant the house was rushed so the overall quality of finish wasn't great. The house itself is spacious and bright compared to most new builds but the main disappointment is the lack of customer service/ after care team as we didnt get much response in terms of fixing snags/issues.
