We got married on the 5th May 2023. It was honestly the best day ever and lived above our expectations. Westerham is such a good venue due to the spaciousness it never felt to packed out and it was nice to be able to freely move round the venue. Not only that the views are insane and getting married in the ceromony room was just a dream. Emma who was our events manager was amazing, she was literally on call whenever we had a question and we had plenty. She really is the most kindest ,caring person I have got to know and she is so good at her job. On the day we also had Jake and Eloise who assisted us , Who helped set up the venue for us. They really did make the day go so smooth, any requests we had they gave to us ( even Jake getting me a bag of crisps right before I got married as I was so nervous) You won't be disappointed if you choose this venue as they will attend to all your needs and you can just tell how much the staff enjoy working there and seeing your dream come to life in this venue. We are so grateful our day was here .

Wow, being going here for years on societies. Most expensive year ever, not a massive shock going by recent events. However, staff rude the food provided wouldn’t have even been suitable for a dog! The meals had evidently been put under a hot plate for far too long that it had cooked the egg to being uneatable, the chips were more like wood and the meat was cold and looked far from appetising. Safe to say we won’t be going back. Such a shame because the course is lovely. Managers attitude resembled the staffs.

Like my previous experience at Woldingham (food poisoning) and Surrey National (charging a bank holiday green fee on a non bank holiday) the Westerham course is owned by people who have managed to curate a business by overcharging for what they offer. The course is quite short and boring. Lots of undulations do not make up for length. The condition was poor. Loads of GUR, lots of bunkers lacking sand, lots of bunkers with water in that no one has bothered to help empty/drain despite 17 degree weather. Throw in the ridiculous £65 green fee for a course that isn’t a patch on any members course and this is a set up designed solely for societies. I feel for the members. 8 minute green fees ensures slow play. The clubhouse is nice and the 9th and 18th look picturesque but for the money you can find many, many better courses. £5.30 for 2 slices of bacon and white bread also sums it up. A cash cow for the owners. Personally speaking I will never play at any of these courses again. If it was a choice between giving up golf or playing here again, I’d be selling my sticks.
