February 20th I was staying in York for a few days for my birthday. Went into the store as a birthday gift to myself and the lady Valentina helped me and was very friendly and quick. She was super nice! Really nice staff members.

What an amazing store!! The staff are 2nd to none, from management to shop floor staff nothing is to much trouble. My bracelet broke a few weeks after purchase and I couldn’t find my receipt 😱 got in touch with the store late Saturday evening via a form on there website and I got a reply straight away 9.45pm! And it was all sorted in less than 24 hours with a replacement on it’s way with a prepaid label to return the broken one. Now that’s customer service!!!! Thanks Ken & staff xxx
