On a visit to Cheltenham not expected to buy a machine I happen upon this lovely shop, So very helpful giving advice on what machines are best for what so patient. I did leave empty handed at first but after a quick discussion with hubby was back 10 minutes later and came away with my new machine. I had one problem 10 months later an emailed the shop Derek replied to my email very swiftly with advice and the problem I was able to resolve. Great service definitely recommend

I bought a basic sewing machine at beginning of lockdown to make a curtain. I am interested in other crafts too. I felt I should use the machine more. So decided to have a go at quilting. It became clear that the machine was not up to the job and trying to get the right feet was expensive and difficult to obtain. So I went to the shop. They were so helpful, listened carefully to what I wanted and demonstrated the machine which I purchased. It had all the features I required and the quilting feet included. Brilliant. I came home and had a play with the stitches great fun. So can now complete my first quilt. The buying of the machine was a lovely experience and fairly local to me and I know I can go back with any queries or servicing needs.
