Today I had my Bose headphones repair. Bose itself recommended me to these people. It is £400 headphones and I was very disappointed when it broke. I contacted Bose but they said it's not under warranty and asked me to take it to Westend Repairs. I must say to be honest what a lovely team. Very friendly and professional service. They repaired my headphones within a day for a very low price. I was super excited and couldn't believe that it's working again. Definitely will use them again because they repair all kind of gadgets.

I'm shocked by the good reviews which suggest a change of management. Of the two repairs needed on my headphones, one was done efficiently; the other one bashed together with some glue at the last minute, the mechanism is still broken and now I just have broken lumps of dried glue attached to the headphones. They were aggressive and unpleasant about the poor service. Avoid and ask yourself why it's cash only.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS took my headphones in for a repair just before xmas and needed the next day as i was heading away. only problem was the swivel and i knew it was a simple case of put back and glue. first of all tried to tell me it needed a new internal arm that would be £180 and i leave it there, or he could fix it same day for £60 (FIRST HUGE RED FLAG) obviously i choose same day and went back to pick them up, it had been pushed back in, and when i asked for details on the repairs that had been done on them, i was told my technicians did many things, to many to go into detail. (SECOND HUGE RED FLAG) within two hours they were broken again but I was already on a train to scotland, by then. I sent an email detailing my complaint and have received no reply, even now 5 months later. The man running this shop is obviously a con artist trying to make a quick buck off those who he perceives as tourists, if not for the fact i was away from london for two weeks giving me time to calm down I would have been back in there causing a problem and demanding a refund. i can not re-iterate enough that you should stay away from this place at all costs.

Worst service I have ever seen, very disappointed with the service. I gave headphones Jabra 75t for repair, they took a deposit of £20, they promised to call back the same day and name the problem and the price, it turned out to be a lie. After several visits over the course of a month, they told me that they were not ready yet, and that they would call tomorrow... They never called me… I waited more than a month for the headphones and couldn't stand it and bought new ones. I took the headphones from them, its were not made, and the £20 was not returned....

Came in with sony XM5 headphones very desperate. Sony has asked me almost the same price as they were worth to fix the swivel of the left hand cup. A nice guy there fixed it for me at a reasonable price and it still swivels !!! Tysm what lifesavers; Sony you can eat my biscuits !
