The attitude of all the retail staff here are simply: Rude, dismissive, aggressive and completely disinterested in helping out customers. Whenever I walk pass and visit this West End DJ shop on Hanway Street, it basically reminds of what the CeX stores looked like during their prime time early days of the 1990s/2000s

I had a great experience at Westend DJ today. I went in looking to buy a DJ controller and a pair of monitors. Tom was very helpful. He gave me a USB and let me play around with as many controllers as I wanted. We listened to about 6 different pairs of monitors. I came home, did a little more research, and just finished placing my order online. I'm stoked. Thank you Tom and team.
