    Fantastic experience from purchase to delivery. We couldn't take delivery immediately, they held onto bed without hassling us. On delivery they raised headboard to account for skirting. Great team, really helpful. Excellent!

    This bad review is mainly how I was dealt with as a paying customer. A costumer is a costumer til the bed is in their home. Upon delivery the delivery guys made no effort to try to put my new purchase (£6000 bed) through my main door. I had to go pay another removal guy to help place the bed into my bedroom. Hence more money paid out. No one at westend bed gave me a courtesy phone call to see if the bed was placed in my home. Basically it’s not their problem once they have taken your money. I asked to get the delivery charge back as I had to pay another guy. And they rejected it. This is not good customer service. I won’t be purchasing again. *(Now publicly lied on Google saying they tried to call me on a number of occasions)

    Purchased a bed here recently and was so impressed by the choice and real advice from the salesmen. I was so wrapped up on price initially that I hadn't considered the price on my quality of sleep! I am now so relieved at my decision to spend a little more than I budgeted and now have a superb bed (Marshall & Stewart) and fantastic pillows! My quality of sleep has so greatly improved that I don't want to get out of bed! If you are in the market for a new bed, forget other stores and online resellers - visit these guys, they are experts and expert advice is rare these days! Highly recommend!

    An uncomfortable experience as the salesman rudely told us that we are not allowed to look in the showroom if we were thinking of buying the bed online. We were just looking around the shop and had not even mentioned anything about buying online. Only friendly if you ask for a quote. Good products but bad service. Will not be returning to the store again.
