It’s a lovely experience at Westdrive, Braintree. Each member of staff that I dealt with when taking and collecting my car for a service, were extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. It never feels as though the staff ‘have’ to be nice, they just are. If you choose to wait for your car, the waiting area is bright and clean with excellent tea, coffee and chocolate of a good quality! A big thank you.

Was looking for a new car and prefer Japanese or German. Hadn't considered mazda until I drove past. Was left alone to look around which was better than being hassled by someone. When I asked, Niall was very helpful, organised a test drive immediately and I bought the car straight away. Kept very good contact and within a week I drove the car away. Very helpful staff and very friendly

What an incredible experience! The customer service in this branch is above any expectations you may have. I can assure you that! I took my parents around because I wanted to look for a new car and get their opinion, but I wasn’t planning on buying one. After looking at some models outside the store, the lovely Beth came to greet us with a big smile and if she could be of any assistance. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all of the models, make, features, designs, engine, and you name it. She encouraged a test drive for one of the models that picked my interest. She was very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk through. She made no pressure or even attempt to sell us any model because the good stuff speaks for itself. After the test drive, I was charmed and compelled to buy a particular model that was in store (do you know how hard is it to find an approved used car with light interiors these days? It’s like mining for gold. Then you get why I was sold!). On the day of collecting the car, Beth calmly explained all of the features inside and out. She knew everything about the car and you could tell she enjoyed it. I highly recommend this store and the amazing staff who works there. Absolutely exceptional. Please keep up the good work. :-)

We purchased a nearly new Mazda MX5 from Westdrive Mazda and are very happy with the car. Also very happy with the friendly, helpful and efficient sales service provided by Niall Allan. Also worth saying that the trade in price we were given for our old MX5 was very fair and reasonable compared to what other dealers (including a Mazda dealer) had offered us.
