Very disappointed with one chap in particular who I found to be very dismissive and rude when I asked for more information about a particular model. This review is by now means a reflection of the brand, the branch nor any other staff member down there - who have, historically, been super friendly, polite and very helpful. My wife and I are deciding between an electric KIA or a Tesla. After watching countless reviews online, we decided to finally go with the KIA. My heart was always set very much on the KIA as I have been following the brand with great excitement. However, after being greeted by one particular individual who was incredibly dismissive and uninterested in our business, we walked away feeling very deflated and confused. It was as if he just wasn’t interested in hearing what we were looking for and didn’t seem to want us there to help with any offers. There were 3 models that we were looking for, parked on their forecourt, which were very much within our price range, yet the individual in question, dismissed our buying signals by saying: “well, your gonna have to pay a lot more as this is a £60k car!” He didn’t even ask us to sit down! He was almost borderline abrupt especially when he got confused as to which model we were enquiring about. He just assumed that we were only interested in the top, sporty model and that was it. It’s a real shame as the rest of the staff are all very friendly and incredibly warming whenever I have been down there in the past. This has really put me off wanting to even step foot again in that branch. He even said that they were a franchise and have limited stock when I asked to arrange a test drive of a particular model (as if he couldn’t be bothered!?) He then told us to go to Tesla and get their figures and come back! The individual did give us his business card, but out of respect for anyone’s privacy we do not feel it be correct to share the individual’s name publicly. However, they will be hearing directly from us as we wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience that we had, if you are looking to buy.

Wish I had read the reviews as I would not be in this position now. Bought a new Kia Sportage went to pick it up it hadn’t been cleaned wiring not hidden from dash cam and also being crushed by plastic trim! There are too many issues with this car to list here. Some of which they say is my lack of understanding of the car!

I had the pleasure of meeting Luke when we was shopping round looking for a new car, West drive was the first place we visited, we went and saw other places and cars but we came back here not only because the car but Luke was the most memorable member of staff. If I could rate higher than 5 star, I would. Luke wasn't pushy, it didn't feel like he was keeping secrets from you and didn't try to force anything on to you. Luke had great knowledge, anything I asked, he knew and you can tell he is the sort of person where if there was something he didn't know, he would find out as soon as possible, luke went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, I was a bit skeptical about "going to war" with a salesperson but luke made the whole process easy, and actually quite enjoyable. It was great talking to someone who was actually human compared to others I've experienced that same day who were just robots pushing for a sale. Definitely reccomend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Luke.
