Really impressed with this company. I needed removal of an old water tank in my loft which possibly had asbestos. I had a very quick response to my enquiry and was advised it could be booked in this week. I then received a call saying they could fit removal in that day which was absolutely brilliant!! The area they were working in was spotless after they finished. Would absolutely recommend!

Terry came to quote for our job and put a lot of effort into a long site visit and a long discussion of why a previous contractor, his competition, were unfit to practice. He then decided to ghost us rather than communicate a quote, promising a quote ASAP after first chase but then just re-ghosting us. A terse text message on second chase saying 'not the job for us.' Total time waste; not professional behaviour at all.

We used Westcross to remove asbestos artex ceilings throughout our house and to remove an AIB board in an outside bin store. They were easy to deal with from start to finish. Obtaining a quote was easy and turned out to be very competitive. I also got plenty of advice/questions answered. Next was an easily arranged and reassuring visit to us to plan the work in a bit more detail/get some more questions answered. A few weeks later (to fit our schedule) the removal work happened over four days. Clearly they place a lot of emphasis on safety with clear working procedures/protections and all fixed furniture, etc very well protected from any dust released during the work. The work ran very smoothly and they kept me updated with progress throughout (inc photos). The ceiling voids were left extremely clean, inc removing the rolled insulation at no additional cost - which other companies I quoted with either didn't want to do/quoted more for. I was especially impressed with how clean they left the roof space (removing decades of dust/spider webs, etc). All in all a great company to deal with - well organised, competitive, couldn't ask for any more, happily recommended.
