    I would Absolutely recommend this company as they have delivered & fitted the exact plantation shutters that we wanted, along with a fantastic attitude & service throughout the journey. There was no sales pressure from first going into the shop to look at the shutters to when Steve came to the house to showcase & measure up the windows. The shutters arrived earlier than what was originally estimated & they were very flexible about booking a date to suit us for the fitting of the shutters. On the day of the fitting they arrived on time, upheld a very professional attitude & customer service throughout. They were fitted with no fuss or hassell & everything was left clean & tidy & Steve explained all about how to care for & look after the shutters.

    Fantastic service from Eckersley's Blinds from start to finish. We got plantation shutters from this company in Oct 2022. Steve came out initially to measure the windows and provide a quote, then returned to remeasure and double check everything once we had had new windows installed. Sam kept us updated throughout on delivery times and install dates, with regular updates on the actual day of fitting. The actual fitting went really well, the team were quick, efficient and tidied up after themselves. A follow up text and call to check we were happy with the shutters (which we are !!) was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Eckersley's and would not hesitate to use them again.
